Is a management consulting company, established in 2003, with a special focus on project management and automation.
Greenlight helps other companies and organizations to better project and program performance, hence the reason for our name.
Our mission is to help our customers to have the green light to the projects, while using a traffic light to show the status of the project, program or portfolio.
This means that we help the customers to raise the competence and have better processes and tools for project management and business analysis.
We also support our customers with process automation using so called software robots / RPAs (Robotic process Automation). With RPAs it is possible to automate administrative processes in for example Finance, HR, project management, logistics and production.

We are dedicated to helping our customers to better project performance and better business results. With experiences from more than 80 countries, helping multinational industry leaders as well as small and medium sized companies, to improve business results by promoting the importance of a common and good Business Driven Project culture.
We contribute with competence development, consulting and our Project Management 3.0 Framework, which among other things include the world leading Project Management Model, GPMM.

GPMM is aligned with the most well-known standards from PMI, AXELOS, IIBA, Agile Manifesto, ISO, SAFe and PMD Pro.
Working together with our Customers, we identify and implement the necessary methods, processes, tools and ways of working, with the goal to enhance the Project Culture (Project Maturity, Business Analysis, Project Performance, etc.) in the organization.
We typically start with a project culture maturity analysis and in continuation implement the identified and customized improvements, derived from our Project Management 3.0 Framework and GPMM 3.0 Model.
Those services are often implemented with consultants working on site or remotely, at full time or part time, sometimes as a service we call “Your PMO in the Cloud”.
Basically all companies and organizations need to continuously transform to the better. There is for example nowadays an enormous need to adapt to the digital and virtual economy and ways of working.
We have been helping our customers in the implementation of new ways of working, since Greenlight was founded in 2003.
