Today’s business environment requires Agile and Dynamic Organizations. This means that organizations must have agile and flexible ways of managing projects and programs – From the first idea, via scope definition, planning and execution and until the conclusion of the project/program.
This course will allow you to explore the Agile / LEAN Value driven Methodologies and how they can be applied in combination with so called Plan driven (traditional) project management approaches – also known as Hybrid Project Management.
