Introduction:

This training solution consists in a suite of four interactive video-based courses in which you will learn the fundamentals on how to manage projects – being plan driven-, agile- or hybrid projects, using the GPMM 3.0 model.

GPMM® 3.0 (Greenlight Project Management Model) is a versatile framework designed for managing projects, programs, portfolios, and PMOs. It aligns with major industry standards.
