Introduction

Successful projects need more than good methods and processes — they need strong human and leadership skills.

This course will help you better understand your own leadership style and develop your ability to adapt your leadership to different people, teams and project situations.

Through practical exercises and reflection, you will strengthen key skills in team development, conflict resolution, Win-Win negotiation, communication, feedback and handling delicate conversations. You will leave the course with increased self-awareness, practical leadership tools and an Individual Action Plan for your continued development.
