Most companies aim to improve project financial performance thanks to better financial management of projects resulting in reduced working capital, improved project margins and cash flow.

The Purpose of the 3 4-hour courses is to provide knowledge and understanding on how a better project financial management can contribute to better financial results for the company!

• The three financial statements; income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement

• The sales process and customer project financial management
• Handover from sales to customer project management (operations)
• Project decisions, governance, goals, budget, invoicing and cashflow
• Case study

SUBJECTS COURSE 3 (4 hours)

• Enterprise / Organizational (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Project financial KPIs, revenue recognition, result analysis and working capital in projects
• Project status reports
