Ericsson aims to improve project financial performance thanks to better financial management of projects.

The Purpose of this course is to provide knowledge and understanding on how a better project financial management can contribute
to the financial result of the company!

This version of the course is targeted to R&D (product development) and internal projects. There is also another version of the course
targeted to customer projects

Outcome

After the course you will:

  • Know the key factors that influence the financial performance of a project and the whole company.
  • Be better in planning and managing projects also taking into account financial aspects.
