Introduction

Ericsson aims to make full use and benefit of Customer Program Management.

In this course you will learn how to become a better Program Manager and learn the fundamentals of Project Portfolio Management.

The course covers the fundamentals in both areas, like for example key program management best practices, benefits management, governance, steering, demand management and project portfolio reporting/oversight.

The course content is based on and aligned with the PMI standard for program management and the Ericsson project and program management ways of working.
