Introduction

Successful projects require leadership and systematic planning and control. The aim of this course is to increase the participants ability to start up, plan, lead and control project work with different approaches (Plan, Value (Agile), Hybrid) in a multi-project organization.

The course is available in two formats with a duration of 16 or 24 hours. Both courses cover the same topics, but the 24-hours course is more detailed in some areas and has additional exercises and case studies.

 

Successful projects require goal-focused, structured, and flexible project management.
The course participants will develop their ability to analyze, start up, plan, lead, and control project work with different approaches (Plan driven, Agile (Value driven) and Hybrid) in a multi-project organization.
The content of the course is especially focused on hybrid project management, and aligned with the PMI standards, SAFe, Agile Manifesto, BABOK and Prince 2.
